I was fortunate enough to be hired as a Long-Term Substitute for a second-grade classroom at Governor Wolf Elementary School located in Bethlehem, PA. This experience lasted from January 2021- June 2021. During this time, I was able to enhance student learning by optimizing a wide range of instructional approaches and innovative classroom activities. I was also able to observe and evaluate students’ educational performance, behavior, and social-emotional development. In addition, I monitored student’s reading proficiency and administered reading benchmark assessments through numerous data system tools and completed student’s report cards, recorded grades, and provided feedback on student’s progress.​
